| Garry is professionally trained in home inspections, and a proud member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors and the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors. Members are required to take new and update courses yearly, and required to adhere to the Standards and Practices set out by the above associations. Ontario Building Code Course Certifications Include:
1. Part 3 Large Building Classifications
2. Part 7 Plumbing
3. Part 8 Sewage
4. Part 9 House Health and Safety and House Building Envelope.

As a benefit to you, we use a detailed but easy to read reporting system which will be given to you at the end of the inspection.
The report will include the visual examination of the following areas:

-Foundation/Electrical/Plumbing
-Heating/Cooling/Interiors |
The inspections are visual and the opinion of the inspector based on his/her knowledge of the construction and operation of the house. |
